Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Return Policy:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank account) within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product and inspect it.
